Yet Another 90 day journey?

Yes you read that right I’m doing ANOTHER 90 day journey. I just can’t seem to give up on the idea of getting back to basics and working out what works to help me change my body.

 

This time I’m determined to keep going no matter how imperfect my diet or exercise feels.

 

This time I’m working through my journal from the lense of a mindset coach rather than with the help of a personal trainer or nutritionist as I have done in the past (both are very good and useful options by the way!). It’s just that I am keen to step and take responsibility for my own health and wellness from a metrics point of view. I love exercise and can easily make time for it so now it’s time to take my coach brain and apply it to when diet and fitness become hard or feel hard.
