Q3 Refreshed goals

It’s July which means time for a goal refresh in the powersheets and honestly I’ve been looking forward to starting again. I’m still happy with my big picture vision for where I want to go but the specific goals that I want to work on needed some tweaking.

 

My original goals for the year were:

 

1.     Declutter the Apartment

2.     Work through the reading list

3.     Lose Weight – continue the journey

4.     Build a happy marriage with Jay

5.     Financial Freedom

6.     Grow Girl in Blue London – the blog and general pursuits

7.     Love my family well

8.     Inner peace and healing

 

My new refreshed version of that is:

 

1.     A clutter free home – or less cluttered!

2.     Build and maintain good life systems – I put financial but I meant life so things like note taking and capture systems and also building a comprehensive personal management system.

3.     Get in the best shape of my life

4.     Grow the coaching business authentically + do the self-coaching work

5.     Capture memories with loved ones – this is about not taking the people I care about for granted and really being intentional in my time with them.

6.     Explore healthier eating – this is where my 90 day journey and cooking more comes in. I’m exploring what works and what doesn’t.

7.     Grow the email list for the blog and work on my email offer and general offer message. This is a very defined business strategy and therefore I wanted to created a separate goal for this away from growing the coaching business.

8.     Carve out more soul time – be it for reading for meditation or anything my heart wants to do. I don’t have a specific number of books to read as for me that takes away from the fun part of it. Everybody is different though so if your goal is to read more books then a goal number of books to read may really help.

 

 

And that’s it for this post – It’sthe first part of Q3 and I am EXCITED.
